Fig and Mustard Sauce

(1 customer review)

Fig and Mustard Sauce is an incredibly versatile addition to much of your everyday edibles We have used fresh figs, locally grown apples, wholegrain mustard and a special blend of spices to produce this saucy little number.

Great with cured meats, pork chops or sausages, it will also transform your mashed potatoes with just a few spoonfuls. My top tip is… as your jar is coming to an end, convert the last little bit into a super fast salad dressing by simply adding some olive oil and 1 tsp of white wine vinegar, give it a good shake and you are there! You will not have wasted a scrap of of this delicious sauce!

Amazing pickle bought at a food fair and consumed within a few days. I don’t normally like pickle that much (I have a jar of Branstons from at least a year ago) but the taste was gorgeous and I am now buying more.
